Thinner

Thinners are chemical fugitives that are used to dilute colors. These fluids can also have an impact on improving color properties. Thinners have a decisive role in the color properties of the paint, the drying time of the paint layer and the final properties of the paint. The right choice of a thinner for viscosity, brush properties, spray ability, drying speed and many other properties of color.

The desired properties of the appropriate Thinner are:

1. The power of solvability. 2. Evaporation rate. 3- boiling point. 4. Flash point and flame function. 5. Toxicity.

Other physical and chemical properties of thinners such as density, color, moisture content, pH, refractive index, and non-volatile materials are also factors that should be considered in the selection of suitable thinner. In the formulation of paints, the resins used are mainly organic and polycrystalline and do not have the crystalline structure. The material is dissolved in thinners and the concentration of the solution depends on the type of resin and thinner and the percentage of these materials. Thinners should be selected in accordance with color.

Some types of colors are solved only in special thinners. Thinner's solvent power is the same diluent, in other words, a low-viscosity toner reduces the viscosity of the paint more and makes the paint thinner and smoother, it's more soluble. By forming a paint layer on the surface of the thinner, it should evaporate gradually and out of the surface. Evaporation rate should match the color drying time to achieve a better quality. Flashpoint of any combustible liquid is the lowest temperature in which the vapors of the liquid ignite with a small flame or spark.

Thinner's flashpoint is important because it determines the severity of the fire hazard. When storing, transporting or using thinners, the thinner's ignition point should be taken into consideration. Thinners are also environmentally hazardous to humans and the environment, in addition to ignition hazard. They dissolve natural oils and cause skin damage and skin irritation. In addition, breathing the Thinner vapors can cause internal abnormalities in the body.

One of the other factors is the recognition of color toner, which is one of their most important features and shows the percentage of purity, the quality of refining and cleaning their containers. The color of the thinner is especially important in the formulation of white and bright colors.

The produced thinners are divided into several categories according to the chemical and physical properties mentioned:

Thinner Loseid: With great solubility in diluting and solvent epoxy and auto paints

Instant Toners: With the ability to dilute instant paint and cellulose, these types of detergents are available in B10000, A10000, 10,000, 12000 and 15000 types.

Furnace Tiner: With ultra-high solvent for diluting furnace colors that can be supplied in two ways, A and B, according to quality.

Pool Toner: To Thaw Pool Colors

Washing Tiner: To wash and clean industrial machines

White Spray Tiner: To dilute all kinds of oily colors
